Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides broad access to nonconfidential court information, yet each channel has a distinct role. Indiana MyCase displays searchable case data from Odyssey. Randolph Circuit Court and Randolph Superior Court schedule hearings and enter rulings. Jacqueline Peed, Randolph Circuit Court Clerk, maintains the county records counter and files for both courts. Union City City Court keeps active 68H02 matters in the statewide system. We connect those roles, official links, court codes, and request steps in one place.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Randolph County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court schedule and confirm a hearing setting
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search by party name or case number through MyCase
- Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are requested from the Clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, with no connection to an Indiana court, clerk's office, or state agency. It cannot:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
